The information on this website is presented in good faith and for general information only we are not a medical organisation. This does not constitute, nor is it intended to constitute, advice.
When you subscribe on this website for Smile For ME updates by entering your email address you agree to receive our updates on a regular basis via WordPress. We only use your contact details for the purpose of our updates. We do not use your information for any other purposes or share with external parties. Photos shared on this website are of beneficiaries or supporters of Smile For ME. If you are under 18 we only share your photo if both you and your parent/guardian have given us written permission to do so. All orders placed with Smile For ME are subject to the following Terms and Conditions: Completion of an order form and payment for any goods ordered from Smile For ME enters the customer into a contract and provides conclusive evidence that the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. Smile For ME reserves the right to update/amend these Terms and Conditions at anytime; the customer is bound to any such changes.
- Pricing, Product Descriptions & Availability
All prices displayed on this website are in Pounds Sterling and include packing and delivery. Prices and availability are subject to change. In the event that items ordered are out of stock we will contact you offering you an alternative, a new delivery date or an opportunity to cancel the order.
- Delivery of Goods
Smile For ME does not hold stock of clothing merchandise. We place your order with our supplier within 48 hours of receiving the order and we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 10 working days. We will email you once your items have been dispatched. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Delivery is via Royal Mail and subject to their normal terms and conditions. Smile For ME reserves the right to deliver goods in part. Delivery of goods constitutes fulfilment of order.
If the customer is unhappy with the products ordered, in full or part, they can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be returned in saleable condition. Customers must include a covering note explaining reasons for the return. This does not affect your statutory rights. Smile For ME advises customers to use special delivery and to retain proof of postage. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay the return postage, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
- Loss or Damage
Smile For ME’s responsibility for lost or damaged goods whilst in transit is limited to replacement or refunds of the items at the customer’s choice.
Smile For ME take complaints very seriously and if you have a complaint you can report it in accordance with our Complaints Policy.
